Edu-Therapy™ Grief Resolution provides a unique training which encompasses the principals and techniques of Edu-Therapy™, a Cognitive Behavioral Process to Grief Resolution. The training is both insightful and personally meaningful as the process naturally connects the mind, body, and spirit and is taught in concise steps that are easily repeatable.

MODULE 1 - 2

Acknowledgement

Understanding the impact of grief and loss. Identification and verbalization of losses along with the impact on your life.

MODULE 3- 4

Awareness

Identifying and verbalizing the affects of loss on your life you can develop an deeper understanding of how grief and loss affect your life

MODULE 5 - 6

Action

Through multiple tools we will identify the emotional energies in your relationship to determine your emotional action statements

MODULE 7 - 8

Action

Developing a Statement of Resolution and together we verbalize our emotional truths befor integrating a new found skill set.

COMMITMENT

This program is offered in person and online. We are currently running it over the course of 2 sessions each 4 hours in length.
