Workplace Grief Care Planning

PROGRAM OVERVIEW

Our Leading Through Loss Program is designed to teach your leaders how to better understand and support your grieving employees.  At the end of this program, your team will:

  • understand what grief is and develop a new language for grief.

  • know how to lead your team's through grief and bereavement.

  • have access to tools and practices that your teams can use to build a foundation and culture of trust.

  • be coached through the impact of the loss to become more resilient

PROGRAM ELEMENTS

This program has been developed to include Leadership (including HR), Managers and Teams.  There are multiple engagements throughout our time together.

  • Developing of Organizational Grief Care Plans 

  • Leadership Training on Grief Literacy and Leading teams through loss.

  • Supporting groups through grief and bereavement and learning to heal together.

  • One on One Support for deeply affected employees.

The level of engagement can be discussed as every organization has different needs including HR Training so that this program can become part of your ongoing organizational support systems.
