The Trust Project is a 3-month long program that was built on a foundation of our work in Long Term Care Homes across Canada over the course of the past three tumultous years. Our program is designed to empower you with the skills you need to drive accountability and enhance resident satisfaction. We will work with you to uncover the truth about your team’s emotional state, helping you to gain a deeper understanding of what it takes to make your home thrive.


Investing in your team's emotional wellness is crucial. We all have our good and bad days, but when negative emotions are left unchecked, it can lead to a decrease in productivity, morale, and poor culture inside of your home. By actively showing concern for your team's emotional wellness, you will demonstrate that you value them as people, not just as employees. This can foster a sense of loyalty, trust, and commitment towards you, their colleagues and your residents.


Having a passionate and accountable team is one of the best goals we can develop.. When your team create a sense of empowerment we know we can overcome any obstacle in our path. Empowering accountability is about creating a culture of trust and openness, where everyone is held to the same high standards of excellence. By doing so, we not only inspire those around us to strive for greatness, but we also create a sense of unity that strengthens our teams and inspires above and beyond care.


We focus on building a consistent practice that can take your team from good to great. The consistency of your practice and your focus on a specific goal can lead you and the team to amazing results. Practice is what helps you reach that success, and it's what will help you improve continuously. You know that achieving greatness is a journey, not a destination. It's the small daily choices and habits that you commit to that make all the difference. And trust us, your residents can tell!


This all sounds great but it needa a plan to succeed. Our team will work alongside you over the course of three months to develop a powerful action plan that will inspire real change. You and your teams learn the skills necessary to have trust fill conversations and equipping you with the knowledge and resources you need to foster a healthy, vibrant team in your facility.  We have seen the effects of big trust projects in other homes and can truly say - change is possible.



Management Support

Building Trust at the management level is critical to this programs success. Over the course of three months, we meet every 2 weeks as a group to develop our tools and resources to creating trust with each other and also as a leader


Frontline Support

We meet with your frontlines every two weeks to develop a better understanding of their emotional wellness while supporting their journey from resentment and judgement to empowering purpose and passion again.


Trust Practice & Resources

Together we build an action plan with a resource guide that provide the management team with their goals and how to achieve them. This will not only be customized to your home but also to each manager and their relationship with their team
