We were honoured with 4 guests that discussed their experience with loss. This is a beautiful conversation with Sam Lillemoen from Expedia. He speaks openly about the loss of his partner Brad and how he, with the support of his organization, created a Slack space for grief.
A big takeaway for me in this interview:
The meeting room where Sam received the call from Brad was a hard room to meet in when he returned to work so the team stopped booking meetings in that room until he was ready to return to it.
